Mirror Site Funding for 2014

For the past 3 years, funding for the ZetaTalk mirror sites has been done on the Pole Shift ning. Mirror Site fund raising on the ning began in mid-2011 and continued in mid-2012 and mid-2013. Due to a Donate Button being featured on the ZetaTalk site, starting in December, 2013, funding for several mirror sites inadvertently occurred. A volunteer in Namibia established a new home for ZetaTalk2.com when the prior host was unable to continue. Africa now has two mirror sites. Volunteers for an additional site in S America established a site in Colombia, so now this continent also has two mirror sites. These two new sites are sponsored sites, as are the existing mirror for Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Arizona, and Moscow. A sponsor for Kazahkstan and India also was garnered. But funding for S Africa, France, Argentina, and the primary site in Virginia remain unfunded. Because the alfa site in Virginia gets the most traffic, it is the most expensive, costing an estimated $800 per year. Depending upon currency exchange rates, S Africa will cost an estimated $343, France $210, and Argentina $172. Since fund raising for the Mirror Sites has inadvertently occurred on the ZetaTalk site, the annual fund raiser will be completed here on the ZetaTalk site.

There are a dozen ZetaTalk/Troubled Times mirror sites, located around the world to afford each continent access.

Argentina and Colombia will be accessible from all of S America regardless of torn cables coming across the Caribbean and Atlantic. S Africa and Namibia will be accessible from all of the African continent, regardless of torn cables across the Mediterranean. India can serve that continent regardless of the continuous movement of the Indo-Australian Plate. Sydney and Auckland will be accessible likewise, even if the eastern part of this plate tears cables coming from overseas. Japan serves not only those islands but also reaches China and runs down the coast to Korea and Indonesia. Mirror sites in France and Moscow serve Europe, and the N American continent is well served from Arizona and Virginia. Kazahkstan is on the old Silk Road, overland, reaching all of Russia and its former satellites and other countries inland. As can be seen the current Mirror Site arrangement is built to survive the plate movements ahead.
